I need help! MY digiland tablet is tuck on the boot screen.

So I have a digiland tablet and when I turn it on it just sits there on the booting screen for hours. I have tried the factory reset and it still sat there and did nothing. Not sure if this is helpful but when in the recovery mode the android robot below said no command. Anyways I have also tried using the reset button on the tablet it self. So I really need help. I pretty sure this means I have to install a software but I have no clue how, so if you do know how to fix it could you provide me step by step on how to do it and give me links on what to download. Thanks.
