I can't manage with my device (samsung galaxy note 3) because message "YouTube je zaustavljen" (YT is stopped - in my language) permanently appear on the screen.
There is also "OK" button, but after I press it, message disappear only for a moment and appear again (thousand times). Probably virus. I tried to connect with my laptop and kill some new files which was downloaded in last few days, but nothing has been changed.
I can't open device and do anything on it. That was why I tried through the laptop.
I know there is possibility to return on factory's settings, but, before that, I came here if someone can help me to keep my contacts and some apps, especialy viber's messages, pictures...
