Control different sources of "media" sound from different apps

Hi everyone!

Im looking for a volume application that can control volume levels for one of the 3/4 system standard volume options.

Say you're using Spotify, and a game. Is there an application that could tell "Spotify" volume to be 25%, and the game volume to be 50%.. instead of setting the "Media" option to 50%, which sets both Spotify and the game to 50%.

Does anyone know if anything like that is available?
