Hi,
I recently updated my Viber on my phone. Then, I downloaded the app in my desktop. I'm not sure whether its my phone's fault or not... but when I open the app in my desktop, the messages are not synchronizing.
I hope someone can answer my problem. I'm getting really frustrated. Lol.

Maybe you can try pro phone assistant tool to transfer your Viber messages to computer, which allows us to transfer, backup & manage data from computer via usb cable.

If you just want to synchronize messages on phone to PC, you can use AirMore. It's web-based and easy to operate.

I'm also facing the same issue with my Viber account. But reinstallation resolves the issue and my chats are syncing on my desktop app. So you should try reinstalling.

I am totally agree with the commenter above me. I've tested it on multiple computers in my office. The new version have same issue on all machines.

yes that version has problem and they are resolved after few updates

I have also faced the same problem on my MacBook Pro too and whenever I try to sync messages from iPhone to the MacBook, my macbook pro won't turn on. Is there any solution to fix this issue?
