Hi,

I was getting and sending messages fine earlier today and now I'm not getting messages that are sent (my daughter has a local number but is currently abroad). There is only 1 check mark next to messages I am sending her and she had said she'd send me pictures, and I never got them. I also tried another friend abroad and same thing. All my local friends are getting and sending messages. HELP!

I think all message will be sent over internet. So, it should have nothing to do with whether your destination is abroad.
Perhaps the failure resulted from some temporary network issue. Try to send message again later.
