LG G3 Cat.6 — Phone died, lost data, I think

Wife's g3 suddenly died. She was supposedly synced to the cloud. Verizon tech spent less than 5 minutes looking at phone. Now have a Samsung J7v for her. Problem is the old g3 sim won't fit. She activated phone, etc, but contacts are from 2 phones ago (razr m). Pics from cloud only go back to April, yet she had stuff on g3 from last summer. We did put g3 sim in razr over weekend, while waiting on new phone. Now not sure what to do.

Not sure what to do now.

So, a minor update, the pics are there, she was using the wrong app to see them, but the contacts are still incorrect. Not sure what we are going to do there.

As an aside, I have ordered a new battery for the G3, to rule out that it is indeed dead and not just a battery issue.
