users kan link their own content into an Android app

I am looking for a solution in which users can easily link their info from a database to an app.
They will consult the content themselves via the app or can share the link to let others consult it on their device.
What is the most optimal solution in this matter?
I was thinking into the use of a predefined Google Sheets, link to Firebase (this is a hassle on the endusers site).
In the app the users can enter the Google Sheets url which links to Firebase.
This allows them to create their own list of links.
