You can get sources for all 4.2.2 Android version as Google ship it. It is published by Google. It might be slightly different that your phone has.
And there are no source code for imagejust settings.
So what exactly do you need?

Hi Promo,

Thank you for your reply.
I want to enable WiFi WPS as a master in Android6.0.1. But, there is no setting for enable the WiFi WPS in that Android6.0.1.
But, in Android4.2.2 there is separate settings for WiFi WPS enable and act as a master(WiFi provider).
So, I have a source code for Android6.0.1. for that reason i am asking the Android4.2.2 Source code.
And also one more thing i want to know, is there any separate source code for setting OR is it in the android OS itself.
Is it possible to get source code for setting.?
If you have any API also i want for reference.
Can you provide some ideas.?
