Google developer support not responsive after several weeks

Our app which was several years on the store with over 5 million downloads was removed from Google play 23 days ago. The reason of the rejection was stated in the email and we have sent Appeal request within 24 hours as we are certain it is Google mistake they have analyzed our app incorrectly. We got email back from Support that they will look into this within 72 hours. Now over 20 days later they have not responded. We have sent few emails to support without any response. We have also tried to re-submit appeal. Nothing.

Our users are furious, our Admob got disabled on that app as well.

Does any one knows what we can do ? There is no phone support (obviously), email not working with Google team.
