is whatsapp having problems right now? i couldn't send or receive any, and after reinstalling the app it won't let me restore my messages or even continue without restoring. is it just me or what?

WhatsApp did have an outage yesterday but it should be back now. Simply try it again now

I had problems with whatsapp. But today everything is fine. Please check if you need to update whatsapp.
