Can same one let me know ( for sure) if I buy the new phone galaxy s8 ( no contract ) can I remove the SIM card from my Samsung galaxy s5 and use on the new one. will work with out problems? I am with Rogers and if I get the new phone on a contract they wanna me to change for a share all at a $ 100,00 extra for the same service. Thanks.

The Samsung S5 use a Micro SIM, while Samsung S8 use a Nano SIM, so you have to change your SIM card

upgrade your SIM micro to nano otherwise You can buy a new phone Samsung Galaxy S8 at the discount.

Or why don't you just cut your SIM card with a scalpel and make it nano. Here's a video. It's quite simple. Hope it helps.

I have a Galaxy s8 and tge chip has to be program for each phone you get. So be careful switching it from phone to phone. Because it want work with out the store you get it from ajusting the chip..or sim card. Hope that helps.
