How can I build an app with this feature?

HI
I am new in android development and I want your help ^_^

I want to Build an app that can make a special folder that the user can add some apps into it
and the folder have a menu icon like the lock icon in this pic below

and I want to change the lock icon with another icon and also change the click command

the new special folder has nothing to do with the system folder

You have explained the flow perfectly. This is like developing a web based application using java.

There are many apps similar to this which helps you to hide your files under a folder. You can check those applications and replicate the same. Just some small twists in those type of applications will be enough for your to develop the mobile app you are looking for.
