Hi, today i dropped my phone and now the screens just black! The phone seems to be working in the background and I can even connect with smart switch. The problem I have is when connecting to smart switch I can't back it up as my phone is password locked and smart switch keeps prompting to unlock the password on phone without an option to unlock using the applications interface.
Is there anyway I can unlock the phone. I want to back it up before sending off for a fix (insurance claim).
I would really appreciate a solution.
