Huawei Ascend Mate — Help with firmware

Can anyone please help me. o2 will not give me the custom firmware for Huawei P9 to put it back to 6.0 can above please help me as I want to go back from 7.0 to 6.0. strange I know but surely theres someone out there who can help. This is what it's doing even though I'm on 7.0

You may downgrade by HiSuite which is an utility for PC developed by Huawei.
But it seems that your system is Android 5.1, other than 7.0 or 6.0. (nerd)

Hi.
Yes it says that but when you check with an app what firmware am I on, it quite clearly says 7.0.
