Google playstore impersonation issue

Hi,
we developed app kbfoodies and trying to publish in Google playstore ,but it's rejected and given mail message as" it violates the impersonation policy".
here Foodies is common name we did not tried any impersonation ,can any one give me suggestion
how to solve this ,we already registered our site name as "kbfoodies.com" .
my friend saying Title Name can be any thing ,keep Package name is unique .or we will change our Logo Icons.
can any one help on this
