Don't install lollipop update

I installed the new lollipop update no my Samsung note pro 2014 10.1, since then my tab turns off with 20% charge still and with out any warning the battery is low sign like it has ever since I bought it. It has made the tab slow even after I removed two apps and all my photos. I have considered contacting android to descuss a letter of demand to address this problem. If your in the same boat as me on the lollipop update like this comment and post to android. If this is not rectify by android I will be counting the department for consumers to seek compensation.
