Screen Filters : are they bad for the screen ?

Hello guys

I am always using a screen filter before sleeping to reduce the brightness more than the normal limit, my question is : does the screen filters damage the screen ? I have a super AMOLED screen.

No damage to the screen, in fact, the lifetime of the LED is no depends on what color it display, but the brightness.

Then I can conclude that the high level of brightness damages the LED, right ?
