Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — Outgoing and Incoming Calls Override

Every outgoing call that I make, and every incoming call received is overridden by a new call screen, which doesn't work with touch. I have to press the back button every time, to get back to the original call screen for the phone. Did I download an app, which took over the call screen with its' own call screen? I've trashed the apps that I thought might be doing this. Any advice would be welcomed!
