Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 — Windows 10 files and music transfer problems

I cannot transfer files and music to and from my phone to the computer. I have set the USB for file transfer MTP, but that doesn't help. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello,
sometimes MTP does not work, you can use Apowersoft Phone Manager to achieve this. With it, you can manage and transfer your files, music, videos, contacts, etc. from phone to computer and vice versa easily.

But I have solved the problem by using Samsung's Sidesync 4.7. When I use this APP, my phone connects to my computer just as it should with the MTP setting. The APP has to be install on both the phone and the computer. You can find Sidesync at: www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00066371

If you phone can be detected by computer via usb cable in MTP mode, you can use phone data manager tool to help you transfer files and music to and from your phone to the computer. It helps you get access to all files and music.
