I got a Qlink Wireless ZTE Legacy about two months ago. It has worked fine....until yesterday. I cannot turn it on at all. I have tried removing the battery and allowing it to rest, and then reinserting the battery. Still nothing. The battery is fully charged. If I plug my device into the charger, the logo screen comes on and then a picture of a battery fully charged, and then the screen goes completely black and that's all she wrote. Please help! Qlink has no phone number to call for live tech support, nor does their website offer live chat support. I am truly stuck here!
