Samsung Galaxy Note 4 — Language unreadable note 3 after update

After last software update from Tmobile on my note 3 anything posted in the Khmer (Cambodian) language shows up as Xxx and squares have taken to Tmobile tried resetting phone no help.Call Samsung and there no help either has anyone else had issues after this update.
