I used to love Consumer Cellular too. I remember when a technical support person spent half an hour with me and resolved the problem, and I used to recommend CC to my friends. Now I'm embarrased because I would never suggest a friend go through what I'm experiencing, I traded up to a Motorola G3 phone. Several issues with phone, made 3 calls before talking with someone who was knowledgeable and helpful. Ready to move to another carrier.
