I'm a note 4 user since 10 months and I faced a problem with lock screen options. after i restart my device My device wasn't accepting my security Pin or or my fingerprint for unlocking the phone. I've made sure I'm giving a correct PIN and my device got locked out. so I have to to perform a full reset. and this is second time that happen, doing a full factory reset everytime that i use a security PIN doesn't make any sense, can somebody help me
