Ways to fetch pictures online and post with gridview ?

I am currently trying to make an app for my facebook page fans , I want to fetch my photo album and show it via gridview or whatever is best. I tried the old picasa way but cannot make it work. I also have all the album on a ftp if theres a way. around 500 pictures so I dont want to add them all manualy via drawable folder.
