Constant error 491? (Zte Zmax Pro)

So I recently got this phone, Zte Zmax pro. Everything was fine and dandy until the play store decided that installing apps wasn't going to work and hit me with an "Error 491".
I have plenty of storage, as I uninstalled many apps (that I can currently not get back)
I've tried the "remove your account, reboot your phone"
and the "clear cache of services and play store and reboot"
but nothing seems to work! Please, if anyone knows how to fix this without going to the store (my parents will 99% most likely NOT take me to the store) please oh please could you tell me.
Should I factory reset the phone? It wouldn't affect little to no files at all.

I recently got a Zmax Pro too, for xmas, and i see this error all the time too. I always just reboot the phone, and that fixes it; I'm able to install whatever, as soon as the phone comes back up.

Strange though, that this phone seems so prone to that particular error.
