Here are the steps to install Google Play Store:
Use a file manager and install the Google Play Store
1. Open your file browser and navigate to wherever you put the Google Play Store APK.
2. Once you find the APK, click on it. ...
3. On the next screen, read over any permission changes (there usually aren't any) and then click install.

As I know, it seems that Google does not officially supply an APK of its Play Store for free downloading.
So, perhaps you need a factory resetting in order to get the Play Store back. :(

You need to use a file manager to install the Google Play Store
Open your file browser and navigate to wherever you put the Google Play Store APK
Then find the APK and click on it
Then at next screen, read over any permission changes and click to install it

Otherwise, use factory reset option from your mobile instrument, it will reset all the data.
