HTC One (E8) — Will E8 receive Android 7?

According to nougat Wikipedia it was release in 2016 and it firstly come with nexus devices. For htc currently it is not available but when it will be ready to release for htc you will get automatic notification on your device from which you can easily upgrade your current firmware version to nougat.
