Samsung Galaxy S4 Active — How to delete a google account from my phone?

Hi. I am not sure how samsung works now. I used to have an Galaxy Pocket. I have to do a reset to remove the google account.
Try this: settings>accounts> , click on google account, when you see his gmail there click on it. See if you find that 3 point upper right side. The same three point you access your favorites of google chrome.
Try to see if there is an option to remove account.
My aunt has a LG tablet and it does not allow too.... My Sony Xperia allows me to remove without reset the device

Try delete data in "Google accounts"

The Menu button I mentioned is the hardware key which is left to Home key.

Just go to settings of your phone and open accounts. From there you can delete your any account.

Firstly, Go to device setting, click on account tab, click on google account, first you need to stop sync , on this device n by pressing and holding the Left soft key beside home Button.click on remove account.

This is the steps to deleted a google account:

Step 1. Launch the Settings application on the Home screen and then select Accounts in this section.

Step 2. Now you will see several accounts are listed on the screen. You can tap on Google here and choose your account.

Step 3. Next, you need to click the menu icon, namely the "..." icon at the top right corner. This will bring a window with two options. Just elect Remove account in the window.

Step 4. Then you should confirm your option by taping on the Remove account icon in the pop-up window. Now the Gmail account is deleted on your phone and all the files in it will be removed from the device as well.
