Apk file must be signed with your own "release" key. Debuggable apk usually is signed with automatically generated by IDE "debug" key.

Are you sure that your APK was created via menu item of Android Studio or Eclipse : Build -> Generate Signed APK?

Download size < 0.15 MB. But also accurate enough, ad-free & free.

Every app on playstore needs to have a unique package name,if you are publishing apk with a package name which is already exists then google will not allow to publish the app.
