My Samsung s5 decided (I did not do this) to reset to the factory image. I discovered that Google does NOT backup memo files of which I had over 100 for work. I need to run a file recovery program but that requires root permission. I have tried vRoot, OneClicKRoot, KingoRoot, and Wondershare’s MobileGo but none were successful. I don’t mind paying for a good tool if it truly works. I need suggestions for a tool that really works without depositing a bunch trash on my phone like vRoot.
