[Widget] GifWidget decorates home screen with gifs

Hello everyone!

GifWidget is our home screen customization app that displays a gif animation inside a perfectly normal home screen widget.
You can use any gif from your device or use the integrated Giphy browser to find one. Google image search is also great for finding transparent gifs that look good on the home screen.
