I cant update my rooted android phone. PLEASE HELP

Hello.Whenever i attempt to update my phone to marshmallow it says error and then a pop up says that my phone has been suspected in rooting. I need to know how i update or how i unroot it and fix this problem

The first thing you need to do is to post what you use to root the phone.
