hi question of the 'whatsapp,' if a person may have feedback.

problem applies to 'home phone' (obi device pot to network converter)aka phone connect to obi, obi to router.(using a obi\google phone number)
when whats app is installed on the mobile device, lg android, but using my 'google home number, on the whats app install, not the mobile number, the home phone, doesn't ring. my home phone voice message does prompt, and messages can be left, but home phone does not ring, nor does can outgoing calls be made. errors audibles, 'no service is available,'

any thoughts from 'telephony,' techs?
