Hello,
firstly I'd like to say that I haven't created any applications for android yet, I do however; have coding experience but I have an app I'd like to create and I'm not sure where I would start.
App requirements:
be able to determine the rotation of the phone (pitch, yaw, roll)
be able to send data over TCP sockets.
The final one that I'd really like to know if it's possible to do (I think it is but I'm not sure how difficult), is to create an almost 3D space for the phone to move around in, for instance: create a box that has coordinates and track where the phone is in that box.
The purpose of the app: I'd like to link this to a game to create a VR like experience, albeit without £900+ of equipment.
Any suggestions on what IDE's etc... I should use to achieve this and also would you be able to let me know how difficult it will be to do the whole 'grid' system.
Thanks in advance!
