Anchor of complex marker icons (google maps android API)

Hi, does anyone know how to set the anchor of a complex marker using the Google maps api wherever I like but not in the bottom middle of the marker? I found a solution for web but it doesn't work for android native app.

I would like to have the anchor at the top right corner of the marker for instance and would like to have the anchor of the marker to be fixed at this position on the map, no matter how much I zoom into the map.

I Would be very very grateful for any advices.
