Looking for a To-Do list/Note keeping app all in one that can do some certain features.

Looking for the following features.

• To-Do list that is only active when I am home
• I can set up "projects" (That's what I call them) that have their own separate to-do lists that I can activate anytime I want to work on one
• A repeatable list that has stuff I need to do everyday and will re-appear every day at a given time
• A minimalist/non-cluttered way of showing all the stuff I have written down when I want to view them
• Either ad-free or a paid version that has no ads
• Free at first/forever
