You can not hide download count in Google Play. There is no such feature.

Ok. I have seen apps that do not show a download count in Google Play. How is this possible?

A few days after publishing can be seen "no downloads" untill Google Play indexed the apps. Also a lot of apps REALLY have no downloads.....

why do you want to hide is it low download counter or you want some thing else? there is no such way you can hide the download counter...in Google Play

You can found the number of installation goto android developers login there you can see the how many installations
