Choice of Android device

I'm looking for the ideal Android tablet for a project I am working on:

• 10"-12"
• Voice call enabled
• Well-integrated keyboard, preferably made by manufacturer

• High quality

• Manufacturer must be likely to continue supplying similar device in the future, that is: above features + same screen H/W ratio (important since we will be developing app for one screen ratio only). Will need a large number of the same devices so (50+)

I am looking a Samsung Galaxy 10.5 (T805) + keyboard made by Samsung for this model.

Please share your thoughts and ideas.
