Couldn't restore messages

I bought my phone(Redmi Note3 Pro) few days ago and it's able to restore backup file.
After that, I just factory reset my phone, then Im unable to restore my messages anymore. It keep showing me phone's internet connection problems?
Any solutions? Please help me out.

Uninstall whatsapp. Download the app file directly from whatsapp website. Install this apk and then restore. Thank me later.
