Update google play services

Hello I have a tablet and I've recently installed ABC and Plus 7 but it says I need to update Google play services for it to work, however when I check it says I have the updated version And when I click on update it simply opens Google play with no option anywhere for an update. Its a 2 year old tablet using Android 4.1.1 any help would be appreciated

Hello, force to stop Google Play Services, clear cache and it should work.
