Motorola Moto G 4G — Loss of WiFi Signal

I have lost the wifi signal to my BTHub5, but only with the phone as my ipad, desktop and skybox are ok.
Resetting the network with the network password gives a message 'Authorization Problem'.
Similarly my wife has lost the same with her Nokia phone with windows OS.

Any ideas?
