There are plethora of battery saving or lets say battery illusion apps.
I fail to understand the use of this app because in any case the phone notifies the battery status to the user and there are many cleaning applications that close the background applications.

However, the voice function is interesting but I would still recommend if you use this by clubbing some other rare feature that makes it unique.
