Which photo editor

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know the best photo editing app which does keep the original size of picture when u uploaded it to facebook?
Now i use picsart and the picture is max 8MP in size when i upload it to fb.

Well, editing photos to share on any social networking sites has come a long way.
