HTC One (M8) — Since Android 6 - My HTC One M8 seems have problem

Hi
I am not sure if any one facing this issue.

Issue1: On the home screen when i pull up, the settings/edit/shortcuts not coming
Issue2: Recent App - I am not able to close and whenever i click it opens some app, so something very wrong and frustrating

I reported white screen issue and seems that got fixed now not sure whether these are intriduced by marshallow update,
