what is miscellaneous file in my android ? can i delete it ?

Files that are not system, user's media and documents, such as app logs and downloaded addons, photo thumbnails, user downloads. Tap on Miscellaneous will show you that files (depending on device) and you'll can decide what to do. Also you can use memory clean utils to safe deleting.
