my android OS not recognizes the sim cards.

HI,

 I installed CM 12.1-k3.note  in my mobile along with gapps,its upgraded to lollipop 5.1.1 but its not recognizes the sims cards.
  1. how to fix this issue identify sim cards.
  2. if its not working how to rollback android lollipop 5.0 in my mobile.

please help me guys as soon as possible.
