Okay, so for the past three days I have been trying to get my phone to sync w/ my laptop so I can transfer my music. The problem is: my HP laptop will not recognize my S5. When I plug in my USB and connect the two, the only notification that I get is that it is charging. That's all. I've tried different option such as rebooting my laptop, restoring my laptop...rebooting my phone, factory reset my phone....different codes, wish and a prayer...nothing. Please, if anyone have any helpful tips on what I should, drop something in the comment section.
