Hi, my first post. I am having trouble downloading certain games on Google Play. I downloaded "Uno & friends" and "Trivial pursuit" some time ago but they stopped working so I deleted them. When I attempt to re-install them I get the message "authentication required. You need to sign in to your Google account".
I am obviously logged in because I can download any other games and have also re-installed games that I have previously deleted. Can't figure out what to do.
Any help greatly appreciated.
