Samsung Galaxy S5 — What is this?

While looking through my application manager on my phone I noticed this. It appears to be an app, however, I can't open it and I don't know what it does. My girlfriends name is Michelle and I call her shell. I have searched and searched and don't know what this is. Can someone please give me some insight?`

I have not seen this app, too. Did you download it from Google Play?
Go to Play Store or Amazon Appstore, and have a search. Perhaps you will find some clues. Good luck to you. :)

It sounds like part of the Lollipop update (version 5.1.1) for the Samsung S5 (G900). The "version 5.1.1-G900TUVSF0J4" sounds like the update version for the latest Lollipop update for your S5 (the code states also carrier info).
Just to be sure, you should contact your carrier tech support. I use AT&T and anytime I can't figure out an app they provide me with the info.
