Web select multiple uploads

In my PC I can hold the key down and select multiple photos to upload on the web. However, I do not know how to do that in my Galaxy Tab 10.1 nor do I know if there is special HTML or javascript code that I can use to select multiples. In the Android OS I get radio buttons and I can pick more that one but not when in a website from Chrome browser.
